Delete Your Leveled Up Account

Leveled Up, operated by Red Panda Consulting LLC, allows users to request deletion of their account and associated personal data.

Delete Your Account in the App

To delete your account from the Leveled Up app:

  1. Sign in to your Leveled Up account.

  2. Open Settings.

  3. Select the account deletion option.

  4. Follow the on-screen instructions to confirm deletion.

Deleting your account is permanent and cannot be undone.

What Is Deleted

When your account is deleted, personal data associated with your account will be deleted or otherwise handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable legal requirements. This may include:

  • Your Leveled Up account and profile information.

  • Home and equipment information associated with your account.

  • Maintenance, repair, chore, service-history, notes, and other user-created records associated with your account.

  • Photos and other content stored with your account.

  • Household or sharing information associated with your account, subject to data that may also belong to or be required by other participating users.

Subscription Cancellation

Deleting your Leveled Up account does not automatically cancel an active App Store or Google Play subscription.

If you have an active Leveled Up Premium subscription, manage or cancel the subscription through the Apple App Store or Google Play account through which you purchased it.

Data We May Retain

Certain information may be retained when reasonably necessary to comply with legal obligations, maintain transaction or subscription records, prevent fraud or abuse, resolve disputes, enforce agreements, or protect the security of Leveled Up and its users.

Information retained for these purposes will be kept only as permitted or required by applicable law and our legitimate operational requirements.
